We decided to take a cruise to Alaska this year but didn't know all the details about cruising. We googled travel agents in our area and found cfischertravel. She was available to answer our questions and if she didn't know something, she contacted the cruise or airline to get correct information. Carrie knew a lot but didn't hesitate to reach out if she wasn't sure. We booked a cruise through Princess and flights on Delta which we were able to do on the Princess website. Carrie helped us schedule excursions through Princess. There were a lot of details to work through and Carrie helped us with all of them. Our vacation was fantastic with no problems, thanks to Carrie. Alaska is absolutely beautiful, we will definitely use Princess Cruises and Carrie again in the future. We were made aware of any flight changes so there were no unexpected surprises.

Do not recommend. Called asking for help planning a destination wedding and she literally told us she didn't have time and that "it would be too expensive". You didnt even bother asking for our budget? Will be taking our business elsewhere.
